The present investigation is dealing with one of the most topic problems of the modern psychopedagogy and namely the psychopedagogical conditions and methodology concerning the application of the approval and disapproval within the framework of family education.
Scientific innovation of the research consists of the process of the application of children's approval and disapproval of early schooling age within the family education framework and is correlated with the requirements of the Convention concerning the Child's rights (CCR), the kind of the family and is carried out through the parental competence and efficiency.
The present thesis specifies the concept of approval/disapproval, proves the function of this concept in consulting the representations and moral beliefs, carries out the analysis of the concept through a progressive pedagogical outlook. It analyses the psychopedagogical dimensions of the children's concept of approval/disapproval of early schooling age and determines the features of children's concept within the family framework in accordance with the type of the family and with the style of family relationships. The dissertation under discussion also decides on the functions of the dealing concept, proves scientifically the principles of the optimal application and the psychopedagogical conditions of the application of the concept. It issues the pedagogical pattern of parental competence formation concerning the application of the approval/disapproval and the complex program of parents and teaching staff instruction and preparing called "Family education and children stimulation". The results of the investigation have been theoretically and praxiologically proved and they are mirrored in author's publications.
