Field of study - pedagogy.
The research purpose is the scientific argumentation of the formation process of the managerial research competences of future coaches and the effectiveness of their training within the educational process.
Research objectives: 1. Theoretical and practical approach of the scientific, professional and pedagogical preparedness of manager coaches. 2. Disclosure of the role of the scientific, professional and pedagogical level of future manager coaches in the context of the managerial and scientific research contents. 3. The methodological substantiation of the need of preparedness for the managerial research activity of manager-coaches. 4. Development of the experimental approach of structure and content of managerial research competences formation of coaches' managerial profile and the efficiency of didactic contents of the course "Managerial research in physical education and sport". 5. Experimental argumentation of the course effectiveness "Managerial research in physical education and sport" and its use in the structure and content of the training methodology of the specific managerial research competences of coaches (Cycle II).
Scientific novelty is that it was developed and reasoned the methodology of formation and application of the managerial research skills of future manager coaches within the process of study during the course "Managerial research in physical education and sport". It has been established the effectiveness of the new course, was developed the managerial profile of the future manager coach, was developed and approved the internal normative framework regarding the establishment and implementation of students' educational and innovational incubator "The Club of of Knowledge and Ideas" at the university level.
The research scientific issue of major importance is the interpretive approach of the managerial research competences of the future manager-coaches by acquiring individual skills and developing specialized skills and knowledge acquired within the course "Managerial research in physical education and sport", which has contributed to the efficiency of the process and its connection to the European requirements in the field.
The theoretical importance of the research is to determinate the notion of the manager-coaches preparedness, elaboration of the methodology for the development/formation of the managerial research competences, the establishment of managerial functions in the context of physical education and sport; Configuring the Managerial Profile of the manager-coach.
The applicative value of the work lies in the possibility of using the experimental curriculum and the methodology focused on managerial research competences development of future manager coaches and their application in practice. The obtained results will complete the theoretical and practical data in the domain of research in order to form a creative, innovative and open to continuous professional development in the field.
Implementation results. The research results are implemented within the educational process of the State University of Physical Education and Sport and consist of the effectiveness of the professional forming process of master degree students within the course "Managerial research in physical education and sport".
