This work offers an overall view on an actual pedagogic problem – continue education through integral professional development of educational staff and linguistic education of students – and is a scientific research of a specific character of professional development in relation professional competence and educational subject.
The author defines basic notions, makes the structure of entire concept, offers pedagogic interpretation of contextual integrity and its constituents, as a new source of continue education.
In the analytic part the author substantiates the criterions of postmodern education as an integral media of practical rules for educational staff, makes the structure of integrated and integrating system as basic elements of theoretical stem for contextual integrity, and presents the principals of contextual integrity. Elaborated Paradigm of contextual integrity of professional development of educational staff and linguistic education of students reflects a number of possible relations, gives the choice of pedagogic values for formation activity – a complex of new professional competences: professional credit, linguistic responsibility and pedagogic judgment.
Referent system of contextual integrity completes pedagogic activity, modifies and adopts professional development.
Experimental research on the basis of Praxeogram as a methodology of theoretical results application enabled to organize testing, to prove the achieved results valid on the level of professional mentality and to project new scientific tendencies in professional improvement, i.e. to form and apply effectively professional competences in the process of students’ education through continue formation of rational teacher.
Scientific-theoretical basis and practical application of the investigated phenomenon prove
the idea of conceptualism of educational staff professional development contextual integrity and linguistic education of students, the idea, which leads to pedagogic identification and contributes to professional development on the basis of appropriate competences.
