The educational style concept was imposed relatively recent within the pedagogical literature, its theoretical and applicable significances being configured within the area of the research especially interested in the didactic behavior of the teacher, the teacher - pupil/student relations and training/improving the teachers. Because the professional style is estabilished in time, we have decided in our research to found formation of a democratic professional style, openly communicative, socio-affectively balanced.
The professional style is internally consistent, relatively stable and appears as a product of the personalization of principles, norms and methods of the instructively - educative activity. The complex behavior that expresses in behavior related terms certain attitudes and interior experiences, the style represents the subjective face of professionalism. Yet, there are several stylistic accents (some of them were brought to our attention, the ones observed within educational relations) which allow the development of studies and research regarding this matter and, therefore, putting forward several recommendations that need to be stressed upon according to every private situation for the validity of a style is contextually estabilished.
The efficiency of a style depends on several variables, among which the relations estabilished between teacher and students, as well as between the latter and pupils. We have approached these relations from the point of the new educations values, the traing experiment managing to prove that the communication relations, guiding and socio - affective gain quality if we refer to the authentical values, some of them being found in the new educations perimeter.
Based on the model regarding the teacher's competence profile, model representing grids, guidelines that can be limited or developed, we have built a model of a teacher in reference to the value of the new education.
Appealing to transdisciplinarity, we have issued contents meant to answer the requests of the
new education in order to shape the professional style of the student educator.
Since the teacher is the one mediating and personalizing each variable of
the teaching process, the students preparing for the didactic profession have the
duty to be up to date with the values bound to be promoted within society and
our research has tried to help them know them and insert them within the
competence profile, for forming a professional style according to the current
