The research represents analysis and synthesis of theoretical and empirical foundations of initial professional formation to the subject of psychology teacher from general education approach and professional abilities. The research text also describes the historical evolution of teaching staff formation through psycho-pedagogical view on general formation standard of specialist in higher education and finishes it by empirical approach of initial formation of psychology teacher.

In that way, these two models was been analyzed and approached by point efficiency and efficacy of system of new initial professional preparation, and exactly to produce professional, abilities and to produce culture, which, due them; we came to the concept of integrative person of psychology teacher. In process of professional formation of psychology teacher was put in evidence the psychological component by psychological sense of general professional culture, which are on the basis of pedagogic aptitude by empathy, communicativity and creativity.
