Summary
The research represents analysis and synthesis of theoretical and empirical foundations of initial professional formation to the subject of psychology teacher from general education approach and professional abilities. The research text also describes the historical evolution of teaching staff formation through psycho-pedagogical view on general formation standard of specialist in higher education and finishes it by empirical approach of initial formation of psychology teacher.
In that way, these two models was been analyzed and approached by point efficiency and efficacy of system of new initial professional preparation, and exactly to produce professional, abilities and to produce culture, which, due them; we came to the concept of integrative person of psychology teacher. In process of professional formation of psychology teacher was put in evidence the psychological component by psychological sense of general professional culture, which are on the basis of pedagogic aptitude by empathy, communicativity and creativity. In defining and integrating the person concept of psychology teacher were put in evidence:
- the identification of certain type of adaptation which we were appreciated be the style of teacher work a functional operative quality, the active position of structuration way of person;
- the identification of pedagogical field of action, the space of inter-communication teacher pupil;
- the appreciation of teacher person as organization of dynamic system, in terms of organization- integration, of inter-relation between internal structure of person and external structure of situation in which he acts. Due to them characteristics were analyzed the fields of general professional culture from aria of cultural principle of education. Were analyzed and determined the professional abilities (cognitive, actional, practical, socio-emotional, behanoral) and the set of sub-abilities like: the communicative ability, investigative, cognitive, praxiologic, inter-personal, cultural, specific, managerial, evaluation of activity outcomes, of continue professional formation.
The formation of professional abilities were centered on fundamental psicho-pedagogical types of learning: to learn to know, barn how do learn co-operate, born be. These were synthesized in professional formation standards, bases of which were developed psycho-pedagogical algorithm of initial professional formation on the subject of psychology teacher from point of new of humanistic and of technics dimension on a basis of axiologic taxonomy taxonomy of psychology science.
