Summary

Conceptional, theoretical, and technological foundations of vocational training for a working place are studied in this work. A conceptional basis is defined in the context of ecological development, cybernetic and anthropological pedagogy, and andragogy.

A system forming component of vocational training for a working place is the policy of the stable development which includes the institutions of market economy, such as lab our market, realia of distributing of working resources, unemployment, and technological progress.

The new definitions for the concepts „competence” and „competency” are introduced in this work.

A comparative analysis of the traditional pedagogy and competent training is also regarded here.

A technology of working out the standard for vocational training is described in this summary; it consists of twelve consecutive steps. The results of the the research were tested in the practical work; they gave favorable results. They were also used while elaborating and adopting a number of normative documents in the field of vocational training and education.
