Thesis structure. Thesis includes: introduction, three main chapters, conclusion and recommendation, bibliography (171 titles), 17 annexes, 133 pages of main text, 25 figures and 21 charts.

Publications on thesis theme. Obtained results are published in 8 scientific (1 monography, 3 articles in profile magazines, 4 speeches at scientific conferences).

The domain of study: the theoretical and methodological basis from the perspective of educational management centered on providing quality education in school.

The aim of the research is the reconceptualization of a monitoring system in the educational establishment from the point of view of the educational quality insurance.

Objectives of the research: diagnosis of the existing conceptual framework of monitoring educational establishment; the resize of the concept of monitoring on the level of educational quality; the definition of monitoring system framework on the educational establishment level; establishing and monitoring the development of monitoring connections in the context of managerial and pedagogical quality of education in school; the elaboration of managerial grilles and their application in the content of monitoring system by developing pupils’skills.

Scientific novelty and originality is determined by: conceptualization to develop theoretical and methodological parts of monitoring systems; the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the monitoring concept, in order to ensure educational qualities; the definition of general framwork of the monitoring system in school’s activities.

Theoretical significance lies in the theoretical argumentation of the methodological conceptual framework for monitoring quality assurance in school education, criteria and indicators used, theoretical and methodological approach to monitoring quality assurance in education at school level in relation to school management, educational process, aims education.

Practical value of the research consists in the elaboration of the designing methodology and the implementation of the monitoring system in school in order to realize the insurance of educational quality; defining the methodology of the school information system; the elaboration of managerial grilles and their application in the process of monitoring the formation of pupils’ skills; the development of praxiological monitoring connections with the management education teaching quality.

Implementation of scientific results have been done in different schools in Chisinau in from till 2011, in professional continuous training of school managers.
