The field of research: the assessment of education quality in Pre University institutions from pedagogical perspective.

The Aim and the Objectives of the research. The aim is to substantiate the methodology of education quality assessment in Pre University institutions. Research objectives include analysis of quality assessment theory and practice of Pre University education, establishment of education pedagogical bases of quality assessment at the institutional level, design of the quality system in multi-level Pre University education and at the institutional level; foundation and development of education quality assessment methodology in Pre University institutions, development and provision of instrumental - technological assessment of education quality in Pre University institutions; implementation and validation of methodological component for training of education quality evaluators qualitology.

Novelty and originality of scientific research is determined by theoretical and methodological benchmarks for the development /design of pre-university education quality system, development of methodology education quality assessment in Pre University institutions, contribution to increased efficiency of education quality assessment from educational standards, foundation and methodological development component for training of education quality evaluators qualitology at the level of pre university administrative and pedagogical staff.

The scientific problem addressed in the research: Determination of quality education assessment methodology in Pre University institutions and technological contribution to the modernizing of education quality assessment management.

Theoretical significance of the paper defining of the algorithm of education quality projection in Pre University institutions, determination of the pedagogical and organizational conditions in order to implement the quality system in Pre University educational system.

Practical significance of the sentence is certified by using of the procedures, instruments, technologies and methodologies of the evaluation of the quality in Pre University institutions by evaluators, can be used while initial and continuous vocational training of the pedagogical and administrative staff.

The implementation of the scientific results Research results were implemented at the State Pedagogical University "Ion Creanga" and at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Moldova. Experimental group was represented by 150 subjects (students, teachers from SPU "Ion Creanga", Chisinau school teachers, master principals in the APA, master teachers in the SPU "Ion Creanga").
