The research is dedicated to sociology interception of pupils of different ethnic nationality from Republic of Moldova of Romanian literal and artistic values and in Moldova is the pioneer either in investigation of educational sociology, either in sociology of literal and artistic education.

The author has established the theoretic references of the sociology interception of RLAV – the definitions and classifications of the values, specific features and the principles of interception literary and artistic, in general, and interception of some cultural and spirituals values by learning the language, especially, the reference system of sociology interception RLAV by pupils of different ethnic nationality from Republic of Moldova, etc.

It was established the important characteristics of the interception of RLAV by the pupils of different ethnic nationality, in the same time, it also was revealed various factors – communicative and literary, literary and extra literary, subjective and objective, educational and social-political – of the efficient interception of RLAV; it is examined the communicative, literary, moral, esthetical values mated by the pupils in elaboration of texts in the Romanian language; it was investigated the capacity of pupils to understand the specific Romanian literary and artistic values in writings and folklores; it is explored their capacity to produce elements of poetic diction in Romanian language; also, are systemized the elements of poetic diction produced by pupils in elaboration of texts in Romanian, it was constituted a large and important spectrum of values of the intellectual context witch mark educational space of Republic of Moldova.

The attitude exploration of pupils of different ethnic nationality face to reference system of learning of Romanian language and literature and by creating /feature of RLAV by producing of texts in this language, inventorying and examination of motives and conditions advanced pupils of different ethnic nationally for learning the Romanian language and studying RLAV it was resulted with a considerable arsenal of dates, witch was synthesized into a sociogram of the interception of RLAV by the pupils different ethnic nationality.

The research was realized in the same time in two samples – one in Moldova and the other in Romania. Both of them are significantly for the education of national minority and comparable thanks to educational and cultural and spiritual environmental of same origin.

As results, it was pointed out the majors problems of education in national minority language: the majority of pupils of different ethnic nationality make their studies in Russian, in this way it was decreased the capacity to intercept the literary values in their maternal languages, inclusively the Romanians. The conceptual insufficiency of school discipline Romanian language and literature in Polylingual School and, respectively, of circulates pieces, as the uncertain educational politics, the author have formulated the practical recommendations for improving whole domain as well as for metaeducational factors.
