The structure of the thesis includes annotations in Romanian, Russian and English, the abreviations list, introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 195 sourses, 16 annexes, 187 basic text pages, 26 charts, 8 figures. Publications on the thesis topic: 16 scientific studies.

Scope of the research consists of determining the methodological benchmarks in the planning of the Technological Model in order to develop the CCGL at pedagogical students through LT strategy.

The objectives of the research are: 1) identification of the theoretical and practical references of LT in developing the CCGL; 2) elaboration of the methodological references in order to optimize the study of the foreign language and as a result to develop the CC; 3) identification of the actants’ roles; 4) determining the level of the CCGL development and the level of possession of LT stategy; 5) specification, delimitation and renewal of the key concepts; 6) experimental validation of the technological model.

The scientific novelty and originality consists in identification of the current perspectives of researching the LT in learning the German language; efficientization of the teaching-learning-evaluation of the German language through the underpinning, implementation and valorification of the LT strategy; innovation of the basic concepts of the LT and CC through synthesizing the multitude of linguistic and psycho-pedagogical meanings; scientific recognition and description of the impact of the instruction through LT in the development of the CCGL of the pedagogical students; description of the CC development levels and of its descriptors; composition of the monitoring file of LT, formulation of the descriptors and distribution of the scoring.

The scientific problem solved in the research consists in the theoretical establishment, in the elaboration of the Technological Model oriented to develop the CCLG according to the LT strategy when instructing pedagogical students and will contribute, through the proposed reference methods, to improving German didactics.

The theoretical importance of the research is justified by the establishment of some fundamental aspects, conditions and possibilities of the development of the CCGL; emphasis of the scientific considerations regarding the importance of valorization the education of the pedagogical students through the LT, oriented towards the development of the CCLG; identification of the impediments of LT use in the initial formation of the teachers; clarification of the methodological possibilities of improval of German language teaching in the higher educational system by elaborating, experimenting and validating of the technological Model.

The applicative value of the research consists in the determination of the methodological premises of the instruction by means of LT oriented towards the development of the CCGL and the experimental validation of the technological Model. The theoretical and methodological references of the paper can serve as epistemological support in the elaboration of the guidelines, guides, course notes and can be useful to the teachers from the secondary and higher educational institutions (Bachelor and Master), as well as to the continuous development of teachers.

The implementation of the scientific results was achieved by promoting and publishing the research results related to LT strategy that took place in different teaching activities at the SPU „Ion Creangă”, faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature by experimenting the Technological Model of CCLG at pedagogical students between 2011-2018.
