Structure of the thesis: Introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography (290 sources), 34 annexes. In total, it contains 145 pages of basic text, 18 charts and 17 tables. The obtained results were published in 22 scientific papers.

The purpose of the research consists in the elaboration and experimentation of the theoretical-applicative foundations of the formation of the PC of the family from preschoolers’ GE perspective, structured in a functional model.
The objectives of the research: the epistemological interpretation of the pedagogical culture of the family from the gender education perspective; elucidating the evolution of gender education as a component part of the genesis of the family pedagogical culture and of the educational and social policies and practices; determining the educational implications of the resources of the partnership family-preschool institution on the formation of the PC of the parents from the perspective of preschoolers’ GE; determining the principles and psycho-pedagogical conditions for the formation of the PC of the family from the gender education perspective; elaboration, experimentation and validation of the Model for the formation of the PC of the family from the perspective of preschoolers’GE (which includes the theoretical-applied foundations).
The scientific novelty and originality lies in the scientific assessment and argumentation of the theoreticalapplicative foundations of the pedagogical culture of the family from the gender education perspective; specifying and delimiting the basic concepts of the PC of the family, based on the analysis of the evolution of approaches and problem theories in the context of GE; highlighting and analyzing state policies on ensuring equal opportunities for men and women, training in parenting skills and competences, gender awareness and education of children and adults; identifying and substantiating the psycho-pedagogical conditions and the principles of forming the PC of the family from the perspective of preschoolers’ gender education within the collaboration between the p reschool institution and family; the foundation, argumentation and scientific validation of the Model for the formation of the PC of the family from the perspective of preschoolers’GE.
The important scientific problem solved in research consists in assessing and valorizing the theoretical-applied foundations of the pedagogical culture of the family, structured in the Model for the formation of the PC of the family from the perspective of preschoolers’ GE, whose implementation led to changes in cognitions, attitudes and behaviors of parents, overcoming family difficulties in gender education of preschoolers with a focus on gender identity formation, gender partnership, non-discrimination, prevention of gender segregation and respect for gender equity and equality (especially from the moment the girl and boy become aware of their gender identity).
The theoretical significance of research. The theoretical importance of the research is supported by the conceptualization, analysis and evaluation of the theoretical foundations regarding the formation of the PC of the family from the GE perspective; establishing the psycho-pedagogical conditions and the principles of efficient development of gender education in the family; determining the specific learning/cultivation of parents and respecting the psychological age characteristics of the preschool child in the context of gender education; scientific argumentation of the process of gender education of preschoolers within the family and preschool institution.
The practical value of the research consists in the elaboration and validation of the set of pedagogical tools, concentrated in the Model of formation of the PC of the family from the perspective of preschoolers’ GE, which, by their role and theoretical and praxiological importance, represent the operationalized pedagogical foundations. The theoretical-applied foundations, determined, elaborated and evaluated according to the conditions established in the research, contributed to the formation of the pedagogical culture of the family and the gender culture of the preschoolers. The research demonstrated that all pedagogical tools, which were incorporated in the Model of formation of PC from the perspective of preschoolers’GE : Curriculum "Gender education of preschoolers" (for teachers and parents); Grid of preschoolers' gender behavior characteristics; Family models and gender education; Family difficulties regarding gender education; The matrix of gender education in childhood and adolescence; Psycho-pedagogical map of gender education of preschoolers within the family and preschool institution; The structure of the PC of the family from the perspective of EG; Descriptors of parental competencies and preschoolers’ symmetrical gender behavior; Collaboration programme between the preschool institution and family, focused on GE of teachers, parents and preschoolers; The practical guideline of gender education priorities within the family; The programme for training the professional pedagogical culture of teachers; The programme for the formation of the pedagogical culture of parents and the Programme for the formation of preschoolers’ gender culture can be successfully applied in meetings with parents, focused on the formation of their pedagogical culture from gender education perspective; continued training of the teachers and gender education of preschoolers.
The implementation of the research results was made in the pedagogical experiment, carried out in three stages in 4 early education institutions on an experimental group consisting of teachers, parents and preschoolers by finding the situation under investigation, but also by experimenting and validating the Model of formation of the PC of the family from the perspective of preschoolers’ GE, mainly through scientific publications and communications at methodological seminars, methodical meetings, national and international scientific conferences, practical activities with preschoolers and their parents.
