Summary

Structure of the study: Introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion, bibliography of 217 titles, 14 annexes, 120 pages of the main text, 27 figures and 10 tables. The results are published in 7 scientific papers, issued on 2 CD and a soft.

Field of study: general pedagogy – the methodical work at school.

The purpose and the objectives of the study: the development and experimental approval of a model of the methodical work at school (MWS) based on management of knowledge in an innovative project form, a retrospective analysis of MWS; modeling MWS- oriented on management of knowledge and to identify the coordinates of teleology, psychology, pedagogy, computer science.

The methods of the research: the method of analysis of knowledge system, the method of connections, modeling, experiment, interrogatory, testing, studying and generalization of the experience, structural and logical scheme, the method of expert evaluations.

The scientific novelty and theoretical significance: Тhе Innovative processes in education, the adoption of national concepts of continuous training of teachers led to the necessity of theoretical understanding and the development of psycho-pedagogical and organizational environment of continuous training of teachers at the stage of the methodological work in the context of knowledge management. Аs а result of the studies: clarified the definition MWS in the context of management of knowledge, developed and experimentally tested a model of the MWS and a model for continuous training at school, methodical recommendation are given to form the process of continuous learning at school in coordinates of the MWS; interference of the principles of simulation with the system of the MWS based on management of knowledge and managerial feedback in the management of knowledge of the MWS.

The practical importance of the research: study materials can be used in the methodical work at school, in higher education and training teachers; developed a register of continuing education teacher, has developed recommendations for managers of education and the SD of the organization and management MWS.

The introduction of the scientific results: Key clauses of the thesis are introduced in the learning process of educational institutions of the Republic of Moldova.
