The work structure: introduction, tree chapter, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography – 220 denominations, 151 pages of main text, 5 charts, 3 pictures. Publications on the dissertation topic: the results of the research have found the reflection in 14 scientific publications.
The area of research: history of Turkic people, general pedagogy, specialty historical pedagogy.
The investigation goal: detection of main peculiarities of origination and formation of knowledge of history of Turkic people. The research objectives: analysis of study of history of Turkic people and determination of theoretical foundation taking into accounting stages of development of the system of historical education in Turkish and Kyrgyz schools; revelation and description of research and educational systems of learning the history of Turkic peoples in modern Turkish and Kyrgyz schools; revelation of possibilities to use in Kyrgyz schools the experience of Turkey in Turkic peoples study; elaboration of theoretical and practical principles and advice on studying the history of Turkic peoples for Turkish and Kyrgyz schools.
Scientific novelty and originalityof the investigation traces in the following directions: 1) the peculiarities and formation of knowledge in history of Turkic peoples of Turkey and Kyrgyzstan are revealed; 2) the roots and the stages of development of culture are studied also scientific-theoretical bases of research taking into consideration tendencies and possibilities for exchange of experience in this field are defined; 3) scientific-pedagogical system on the study of the history of Turkic peoples in modern Turkish and Kyrgyz schools is revealed and described; 4) possibilities of the usage of the Turkish experience of study of the history of Turkic peoples in Kyrgyz schools are revealed; 5) scientific-practical principles and recommendations on the study of the history of Turkic peoples in Turkish and Kyrgyz schools are elaborated and justified.
The scientific problem, solved in the investigation: is the analysis and determination of theoretical basis and praxiological aspects of the study of the history of Turkish and Kyrgyz schools that allowed to identify features and possibilities of the application of the Turkish experience in Kyrgyz schools and as a result scientific-practical principles and recommendations on the study of Turkic peoples’ history in Turkish and Kyrgyz schools are elaborated and well-founded.
The significance of the theoretical investigation is in the determination of the sources of the appearance and developments of knowledge on general history of Turkic peoples and also in the determination of theoretical bases taking into consideration the exposure of the stage of development of the system of historical education in Turkish and Kyrgyz schools. The analysis of the tendencies of the study of the history in Turkish schools and the exposure of possibilities for exchange of experience on the given problem with Kyrgyzstan promoted theoretical justification of scientific practical principles and recommendations on the study of history of Turkic peoples. The results of the conducted experiment can be used in Kyrgyzstan when elaborating government standards, educational programs, textbooks on history. With it theoretical bases and scientific-practical principles can stimulate the development of scientific-methodological basis for the study and teaching of the history of Turkic peoples in Kyrgyz schools which will allow to deepen and enrich the possibilities of scientific-pedagogical collaboration in the sphere of education in Kyrgyzstan and Turkey.
The practical significance of the work. The content of the thesis can be used in practice and promote the realization of research works in the field of culturology pedagogics, and also in the problems of the study of not only the history of Turkic peoples in Turkish and Kyrgyz schools but also in implementation f general values in the process of the study of such subjects as language, literature, geography. The results of the research studied materials and conclusions made in the process of their analysis can be used as a scientific basis and bibliographical source at the courses, seminars on history, historical pedagogics and methods of teaching of history to students, postgraduates of higher educational establishments who get knowledge on the specialty of history teacher and also for creation and perfection of programs and textbooks on the history of Gagauz people for Gagauz Republic of Moldova.
Implementation of scientific results is carried out in the process of the research and exchange of the experience of teaching of history in secondary schools in Turkey and also in the scientific publications and speeches at the national and international conferences.
