Research purpose is the comparative analysis of FLTM for determination of pedagogical conditions and main directions of English languages’ teaching methods of 5 - 8 grades pupils in comprehensive schools in Turkey and Kyrgyzstan. Research tasks: determination of theoretical and methodological basics of foreign language teaching in comprehensive schools in Turkey and Kyrgyzstan, comparative study of scientific approaches and peculiarities determination of FLTM in comprehensive schools in Turkey and Kyrgyzstan, determination of pupils’ and their parents’ understandings on modern FLTM in comprehensive schools in Turkey and Kyrgyzstan, pedagogical conditions determination and FLTM improvement main directions’ description in comprehensive schools in Turkey and Kyrgyzstan, development of methodological recommendations on English language teaching methods improvement in comprehensive schools in Turkey and Kyrgyzstan.

Scientific novelty of research is represented by: scientific and practical ground of modern FLTM comparative analysis in Kyrgyzstan and Turkey; comparative analysis and foreign language teaching methods revealing in comprehensive schools in Kyrgyzstan and Turkey; pedagogical conditions determination and FLTM improvement main directions’ description in comprehensive schools in Kyrgyzstan and Turkey; development of scientific and methodological recommendations on FLTM improvement in comprehensive schools in Kyrgyzstan and Turkey. Comparative research of FLTM, oriented to pedagogical conditions determination and English language teaching methods improvement main directions’ description in comprehensive schools in Kyrgyzstan and Turkey, which increase foreign language study efficiency providing social communication and integration of pupils, is a scientific issue solved in this research.

Theoretical importance of research is concluded as follows: necessary notions foregrounding (comparative analysis, educational system, foreign languages teaching methods, etc) for revealing of historical prerequisites of foreign language teaching in educational system of Turkey and Kyrgyzstan in comparative analysis of educational programs and FLTM in schools of Turkey and Kyrgyzstan, determination of social and cultural values expressed in communication competences in English language.

Practical importance of research comprises in the fact that research results contribute to FLTM improvement in comprehensive schools in Kyrgyzstan and Turkey, English language teaching optimization and application as a source for researches on FLTM, also for foreign languages’ teachers’ qualification improvement and for pedagogical subjects contents enrichment in pedagogical higher educational institutions.

Implementation of scientific results: research results were approved in international conferences and experimented in educational institutions in Turkey and Kyrgyzstan for 2011 - 2014 yy. period.
