Formation and development of managerial culture in the preschool institution, PhD thesis pedagogical sciences, Chisinau, 2016
Thesis structure: introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, 277 reference sources, annotation (in Romanian, Russian and English), list of abbreviations, 119 of basic text, 31 tables, 10 figures, 12 annexes. Publications on the researched theme. The results are published in 12 scientific papers (4 articles in journals, 8 papers at national and international scientific forums). The domain of research represents the theory and methodology of management culture’s development in the preschool institution.
The aim of the research consists in tne theoretical and methodological foundation at the level of the educational institution and the elaboration of pedagogical Model of managerial culture in the preschool institution.
The objectives of the research aim: to elucidate the conceptual parts of the management culture; addressing managerial culture from different perspectives: anthropological, sociological, philosophical, theoretical and empirical; to determine the specific methodology of managerial culture; to elaborate the pedagogical Model of managerial culture in the preschool institution; experimental validation of managerial culture’s methodology; the analysis and interpretation of experimental data.
The scientific novelty and originality of the research are externalized in: delimitation of the concept of managerial culture in the preschool institution; the elaboration of „Management managerial culture in the preschool institution” module; the elaboration of managerial culture’s development Methodology in the preschool institution.
The scientific problem solved in the research consists of theoretical methodological foundation of pedagogical model of managerial culture functionality in the preschool institutional process in order to align the needs of modernization.
The theoretical significance and the practical value of the research lies in the definition of managerial culture in the preschool institution; methodological foundation managerial culture’s development with implications of complex applications; the elaboration of pedagogical Model of managerial culture in the preschool institution; structuring the implementing actions of managerial culture development methodology in the preschool institution; the identification of management tools for diagnosing subjects preparing for implementation and validation of proposed pedagogical model.
The implementation of scientific results was carried out within the higher education institution (State University „Alecu Russo” from Balti, Faculty of Education, Psychology and Arts, at continuing training courses for managers, educators from preschool and master’s) during the years 2012-2016.
