Summary

Structure of the dissertation. The dissertation includes the introduction, three main chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, 192 bibliography composed of titles, 3 annexes, 163 main text, 50 figures, 37 tables.

Publications concerning the theme of the dissertation. The achieved results are published in 15 works, a methodic guide (6 articles in specialized magazines, 9 presentations at international conferences)

Domain of study: Theory and methodology for creating decision-making skills to innovate managers in school education.

Aim of the research: theoretic foundation and elaborating the decisional model of in implementation of innovations to managers of pre-university education”

Objectives of the research: analytic explanation of concepts innovation, innovational process, innovational activity, decision, decisional process, decisional competences in managerialinnovational activity; establishing a theoretic foundations of forming decisional innovations of managers in implementing innovations; elaborating the methodology of forming decisional competences in managerial-innovational activity; validation the decisional model of implementing innovations in pre-university education; analisation and interpretation of experimental results.

Scientific novelty and originality: delimitation of the concept of decisional competence at the preuniversity managers and of the concept of managerial-innovational activity; structuring the decisional competence of the manager according the objectives and professional roles; making a decisional model of implementing innovations in pre-university education; elaborating the methodology of forming decisional competences in managerial-innovational activity

Scientific problem solved consists in theoretical- applicative founding of functionality of decisional model of implementing innovations in pre-university education

Theoretical signification and applicative value of the dissertation concerns the definition of the concept of decisional competence, of concept of managerial-innovational activity, theoretical founding of the methodology of forming decisional competences at managers of pre-university education.

Implementing the scientific results was done in some education institutions in Romania and The Republic of Moldova, during 2009-2012.
