Summary

The investigation is dedicated to one of the most actual and complex issue of modern psycho-pedagogy - to gender education.

The value of the given research consists in a substantiation of gender pedagogy as area of pedagogical sciences, to argue of process of gender socialization of youth at the present stage and formations of gender culture.

An important result of research is theoretical and methodological elaboration of the Paradigm of gender education as ensemble of some the interconnected models: Pedagogical model of gender education in the formal-nonformal-informal plan, Interdisciplinary model of gender education in a context of modern directions of education, the Deontological code of the teacher, Technological model of gender education.

The “Gender and education” curriculum for students, the program “Gender education” for improvement of professional skill of didactical personnel, the gender education module for master level, a set of gender indicators were adapted and approved, gender education toolkit have been accordingly developed. Important achievement of investigation is elaboration and approbation of operational modul of formation of gender competence of the teacher in the frame of initial vocational training.

During pedagogical experiment the direct interrelation between level of stereotyping of participants, level of their self-estimation, a choice of strategy of the resolution of conflicts has been analyzed and established.

Within the limits of research the analysis of an education system of Republic Moldova in a gender perspective has been carried out and the basic problems are revealed. Practical value of paper consists in possibility of application of research results and of the Paradigm of gender education in the frame of education / training of various groups of the population; at monitoring and evaluation of education system through gender perspective, including implementation of the Law on assurance of equal opportunities between women and men (in particular art. 13 about education); by elaboration of the policies in a sphere of education and long-term development of the country.
