Thesis structure: introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography from 218 sources, 13 annexes, 166 pages of basic text, 45 figures, 24 tables.
Publications on the Thesis topic: Research results were reflected in 16 scientific publications (3 methodological guides, 8 international and national).
Field of study university pedagogy.
Research purposes consist of the theoretical and methodological foundation of the development process of the informational system in the management of the teachers training from the general education with the purpose to create a high quality and efficient educational process.
Research objectives: revealing the essence and evolution of the concept of "management informational system" and of the informational system’s dimensions in the management of the continuous training of teachers; analysis of the current situation regarding the ongoing training of school managers for building the management informational system; identifying ways of establishing training needs of teachers; establishment of tools and pedagogical conditions of exploitation of managerial and pedagogical model for effective management of ongoing training of teachers; conceptualization of the managerial and pedagogical model of the informational system in continuous teacher’s training management; the development, implementation and validation through experimentation of the Conceptual framework of methodological training of school managers in the management of informational system in order to build an ongoing training of teachers.
Scientific novelty and originality of the research is to elucidate the concept of "management of ongoing education of teachers' and of informational system’s dimensions in the management of continuous training of teachers; development of the managerial and pedagogical model of informational system; establishment of the conceptual and methodological training of managers in general education in order to elaborate, use and develop the management informational system focused on effective management of ongoing training of teachers.
The scientific problem solved consists of the theoretical and methodological grounding of the development process of the school managers to create and use the informational managerial system, fact that led to the content and informational managerial system stabilisation and of the pedagogical exploitation conditions of this system, targeting the formation process of teachers’ skills; construction, implementation and experimental validation of Conceptual methodological framework for training managers in general education in order to improve the management process to monitor the path of continuous training of teachers.
Scientific meaning of the research consists in the examination and description of the informational management; highlighting of the structure, content, dimensions and the exploration conditions of the informational managerial system in order to optimise the ongoing training management of teachers; criteria elaboration and training levels description of the digital competence formation of the school managers; substantiating and description the Conceptual foundation and methodological training of school managers for building the informational managerial system in optimisation of the ongoing teachers’ training management from general educational institutions.
Applied research value resides in the elaboration of the managerial-pedagogic model of the informational system in the continuous teachers training management; determination of organizing tools and operating conditions of SIMFCCD; determination of levels of digital skills training of school managers; experimental validation of the Conceptual framework of methodological training of school managers to create and use of the informational system in the management of teachers’ continuous training from the general education system, which is a prerequisite for achieving a quality educational process.
Implementation of the scientific results was conducted based on the pedagogic experiment, inside of continuous training activities of teachers and of those with leading positions at the Continuous Training Faculty of the teachers and managers of UPS „Ion Creangă”, in scientific publications, elaborated curriculum and teaching activities.
